Bosch Climate 2000U EC Error Ignored Until Main Board Failed
I purchased a Bosch Climate 2000u air conditioner around March 25, 2024, and its 2‑year warranty has now expired. Around February 4, 2026, the device started displaying the EC 05 error code. I contacted the Bosch authorized service and a team came to my address in Güçlü Neighborhood, Kızıltepe, Mardin, around February 11, 2026. At that time, they said there was no error signal because the condensers were likely resting or cooling, and since the air conditioner continued to run at that moment, they left without making a clear diagnosis. I was charged ₺500 as a fuel fee for this visit. About one or two months after this visit, and after the warranty period ended, the air conditioner started giving the EC 07 error code. I then contacted a private service, and I was informed that the main board of the device had failed. Currently, my air conditioner is not working due to this main board failure. In my opinion, this situation has worsened because the authorized service did not make the correct diagnosis in time, despite the initial EC 05 error, and I was additionally charged ₺500 for that visit.
A customer representative called and offered to fix the problem for a fee. If you went to such lengths to come up with this solution, you've wasted your time; I already knew about this option. Let my complaint stand here so everyone can see what Bosch service is like.
