Bosch Built-In Stove Started Rusting After 6 Months and Customer Service Won’t Help


My Bosch built-in stove, which is only 6 months old, is starting to rust. When I called customer service, they gave me unacceptable reasons like it could be because the place was too hot or greasy. I have used Beko and Arçelik stoves for many years and have never seen anything like this. In such a short amount of time, rust should not show up on a product. I thought a company like Bosch would make better products. This object needs to be replaced because it's not possible to keep using it in this state. I hope that Bosch will take care of this problem right away.
Customer service reached out, but again they said that the hood, which we used only twice, rusted due to user error. It's like a joke :) How is it that the hood we used for years as Arçelik and Beko started rusting when we switched to the Bosch brand? Moreover, it was used only for 2 days in 7 months because my parents went to their summer house, and my mother, who is 75 years old, can't even reach up to clean that hood.
