My Bosch built-in stove, which is only 6 months old, is starting to rust. When I called customer service, they gave me unacceptable reasons like it could be because the place was too hot or greasy. I have used Beko and Arçelik stoves for many years and have never seen anything like this. In such a short amount of time, rust should not show up on a product.
