I purchased the Bosch BCS711EXT cordless vacuum, expecting high quality, but I am extremely disappointed with its poor design and build issues.
The vacuum head detaches on its own while in use, making cleaning a frustrating experience.
The flap leading to the dust container stays open, causing dust to spill back out when the vacuum is placed upright. I have to manually close it every time.
The battery compartment is loose, and it shifts when handling the vacuum.
This is completely unacceptable for a product from a well-known brand like Bosch. I expect a durable and functional vacuum, not one that constantly falls apart. I demand a replacement or a proper solution immediately!
