Years ago, I furnished my entire home with Bosch appliances and was incredibly satisfied—until I purchased the Bosch Unlimited 7 stick vacuum. That’s where my trust in the brand began to fall apart. I have never encountered such a poorly made product in my life.
In just two years, the illuminated brush head has been replaced four or five times under warranty, which has become exhausting. And just five days after the last replacement, now the latch near the dustbin has snapped. The vacuum is currently completely unusable. Yes, it’s still under warranty—but the constant breakdowns are unacceptable.
This is not the Bosch quality I once knew. The Unlimited 7 feels like a cheaply made product you'd find from generic brands, not a global leader. I demand that Bosch acknowledge these design and quality issues, and provide a reliable long-term solution—not just repeated warranty repairs. You've lost the standard that once made Bosch a trusted name.
