Unauthorized Charge by Partners on Booking BV – I Want a Refund

On March 13, 2025, I checked my bank statement and noticed an unauthorized transaction on my credit card. A charge was made without my knowledge or approval. I immediately contacted my bank (Akbank) to investigate.

Upon checking, I was informed that the transaction took place on March 12, 2025, at 4:00 AM—a time when I was asleep and definitely did not make any purchases. The charge was made by Partners on Booking BV, a company based in the Netherlands.

This is a serious security breach, and I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge. How did this company access my payment details without my consent? If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will take legal action to recover my money.
