On August 14, 2005, at around 01:30, I discovered that my QNB Finansbank credit card (last four digits: 2019) had been used without my knowledge. A transaction for €964 was made at a merchant listed as “Bak* Hotel at Booking. C Amsterdam NL.” At the time of this transaction, my card was physically with me, and I had never shared my card details with anyone.
I immediately contacted QNB Finansbank customer service to report the issue, and my card was frozen for security reasons. I also have a screenshot of the transaction, which I can provide if necessary. This charge does not belong to me and was made entirely without my consent or authorization.
I urgently request the cancellation of this fraudulent transaction and a full refund of the €964 taken from my account. Booking.com must investigate how such an unauthorized charge could be processed and ensure that customers are protected from similar security breaches. I expect immediate action and confirmation that my funds will be restored.
