Boohoo's customer support has been so annoying, particularly when trying to seek help by chat. They are practically unreachable, and it seems as though nobody really pays attention to the requests I am making. Since I do not have a printer at home, I expressly asked M***, the agent managing my case on chat, to alter my return so I could print the label at the post office. She made no adjustment even though she explicitly explained this. Now waiting at the post office with my return parcel, I discover they cannot accept it without a printed label.
