Boohoo Chat Support Ignored My Request to Print a Return Label at the Post Office
Boohoo's customer support has been so annoying, particularly when trying to seek help by chat. They are practically unreachable, and it seems as though nobody really pays attention to the requests I am making. Since I do not have a printer at home, I expressly asked M***, the agent managing my case on chat, to alter my return so I could print the label at the post office. She made no adjustment even though she explicitly explained this. Now waiting at the post office with my return parcel, I discover they cannot accept it without a printed label. That something so basic was missed is quite frustrating. Though this has been nothing but trouble from start to finish, I expected Boohoo's customer support to be more ordered and quick.
