Broken Bocchi Toilet Seat Hinge Screws Leave Homeowner Without Replacement Parts

The toilet seat mounting screws on both of the Bocchi toilets installed in my home bathrooms have broken, and for approximately 6 months, I have been unable to attach the toilet seats properly. Not being able to mount the seats creates severe usability issues and negatively impacts my daily life.

I attempted to contact the manufacturer and the factory using the phone numbers listed on the product, but no one answered the calls. Additionally, I learned that a trustee (receiver) has been appointed to manage the company. Being unable to source such a basic yet critical spare part for this product is causing significant hardship.

I demand access to and delivery of the original mounting screws required for these Bocchi toilet seats. A product for which spare parts are completely inaccessible should not be left unsupported in the market, nor should existing customers be left to deal with the fallout.
