Bocchi Toilet Screws Rusted in Only 6 Months

I am a plumber working in İskenderun, Hatay. About 5–6 months ago, I purchased a Bocchi brand concealed screw wall-mounted toilet for one of my customers. Even though the product was still very new, when we had to remove the toilet due to a malfunction, we discovered that all of the screw connections had completely rusted, and we were unable to unscrew them at all.
Because the screws were severely rusted, we had no way to remove the toilet without damaging it, and we were ultimately forced to break the toilet in order to take it out. This situation caused both financial and practical damage for me and my customer.
Since the screws rusted in such a short period of time and the product ended up in this condition, I request that my costs be compensated or that a new replacement product be provided free of charge so it can be installed for my customer. I kindly ask that the inconvenience we experienced be resolved as soon as possible. If necessary, I can also provide photos of the broken toilet and the rusted screw areas.
