My Order from Bobbi Brown Has Not Been Shipped Yet
About a month ago, I ordered something from Bobbi Brown when they were having a buy one, get one free promotion. It's been a whole month, and they keep saying that they don't have my order in stock. They keep promising to send it to me as soon as they have it available. They're not sure when the stock will be updated because they can't talk to their warehouses. The number for my order is 2450431863. The customer service agents keep saying the same lie over and over again: "We told the warehouse right away." It's really important, but the problem is still happening. Please, solve this problem quickly and stop this nonsense.
