Dear Sir, I am going through sad, anxious, and increasingly hateful processes with my BMW M1000RR motorcycle that I bought on 14.06.2023 after a waiting adventure of about 6-7 months. I am writing this e-mail to you as my last hope before the legal process. Although I contacted every level of Borusan Holding managers, which is your distributor in my country, many times, I could not get any results. I had my first problem with my motorcycle at 380 kilometers. My motorcycle, which I parked after 100 kilometers of driving in the morning, was giving ridiculous fault codes as in the video you will watch in the links after 1 hour and it was not working. For this reason, it was taken to the service with a tow truck and as a result of the investigations, the only guesses were that the battery might have been delivered before it was fully charged, and therefore the battery gave these malfunctions. Of course, the point I was most angry about was that my motorcycle was driven for close to 200 kilometers under the pretext of testing it at the service. Afterward, it was said that the fault was fixed and the motorcycle was delivered to me again. Within a week or two, while cruising at 1030 km, the malfunctions you will see in the video arose and I was in serious danger while cruising. Because all electronic systems including Quick shifter were disabled. Although I took it to the service by driving, no convenience was provided by the service, including a replacement vehicle, during the process. With my own means, I had to provide transportation with my helmet and protective equipment in the heat of 40 degrees in the afternoon (I was also kept waiting for 2 hours in the service). I called again today and it was reported that my motorcycle had been tested for almost 200 kilometers and it was replaced due to faulty mounting of the ABS sensor. Now I would like to ask you, what would you do if you were in my place? My engine is being taken out for hundreds of kilometers of service rides for no reason. I don't have the confidence to go on short trips, let alone go the long way safely. It seems more absurd to me that my friends also have the same engine and that they do not have any malfunctions. As a result, I am waiting for my motorcycle to be replaced and a letter of apology from the distributor. Otherwise, I will also let you know that I will use my legal rights and that the issue will be moved to social media with famous YouTubers in Europe.
