BMW i4 Head-Up Display Missing
I bought my BMW i4 model car from the authorized dealer Özgörkey Otomotiv Bornova İzmir on 02/04/2024. However, even though it was listed on the proforma invoice and I paid for it, the Head-Up Display is nowhere to be found in the delivered vehicle. I've filed a complaint about this issue, but I still haven't heard back from anyone.

They reached out to me from Özgörkey Automotive, offering two maintenance services and ceramic coating as a gift. It's a ridiculous offer because electric vehicles require maintenance very infrequently, and I don't even use the vehicle for that long before I replace it. As for the ceramic coating, I would say go ahead and get it done if you want to ruin the paint at the dealerships, especially if we are not going to pay for it, I can somewhat guess what they will do. In conclusion, my complaint still hasn't been resolved.
