BlockStarPlanet Won't Load on My MacBook or Mobile App

I am trying to log into BlockStarPlanet using the Safari browser on my MacBook and the mobile app on my phone, but the game won't open despite my active internet connection. For about an hour now, every time I try to log in, the screen just says "connecting" with a spinning circle. No matter how long I wait, the game never loads.

I haven't made any recent changes to my account, received any warnings, or reset my password. It looks like it is logging into the account, but the game simply never starts, making it impossible to play.
