Block Star Planet Won't Load on My Android Phone

When I log into Block Star Planet on my Android phone, the game seems like it's going to open, but it gets stuck on the "loading, please wait" screen, and I can never actually start playing. This issue has been going on for about a month, and I haven't been able to play the game at all.

During this time, I've tried turning my phone off and on, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing has fixed the problem. I am connected to the internet via Wi-Fi, and even though there are no issues with my connection, the game constantly freezes on the exact same screen. Because of this, I can't see any of the messages my friends send me, and I am completely missing out on all my in-game communication.

I am requesting that the Block Star Planet support team urgently fix this technical issue so I can log into my account smoothly. Please restore my access to the game and make the necessary corrections so I can finally see my friends' messages again.
