Block Star Planet Won't Load on My Infinix Note 40 Pro

Since the day I downloaded Block Star Planet (part of the Movie Star Planet network) on my Infinix Note 40 Pro phone, I haven't been able to open it on my device. When I try to log in, the screen just says "connecting," but no matter how long I wait, I can't get in, and the game simply won't launch. I initially thought it might be an internet issue, so I tried connecting to different Wi-Fi networks and using mobile data, but nothing changed. I definitely do not have a connection problem.

While I can use my account on other devices without any issues, being locked out on my own phone has seriously turned me off from both the game and the brand. Even though my phone is a new and powerful model, the fact that the app gets stuck and refuses to open makes me think there is a technical incompatibility or a system bug.

I am requesting that the Block Star Planet and Movie Star Planet support teams investigate this issue, identify the root cause, and apply the necessary technical fixes so I can finally log into the game smoothly on my phone. I also expect someone to get back to me with a clear explanation of what caused the problem and how it is being resolved.
