My BlaBlaCar Account Has Been Suspended, Kindly Reactivate It

I have been using the BlaBlaCar mobile app with the email address jagroopsingh4***@gmail.com and phone number 9415079*** to share rides as carpooling and to share fuel costs, not to make any profit. On 3 October 2026 my account was suddenly suspended. Later I received an email from BlaBlaCar stating that my account was suspended because of abnormal number of rides, suspicion of profit-making or suspicious activity, and that this could raise doubts about the nature of my carpooling activity. I also cannot log in to the app, and I see an error saying that my email address or password is incorrect. I would like to clearly state that I use BlaBlaCar only for carpooling and to share fuel costs for my trips, and I do not use it as a professional or for making profit. Because of this suspension I am unable to upload and publish my rides every day, which is creating serious problems for my regular travel and for the passengers who usually travel with me. I kindly request you to review my account activities once again, consider my explanation that I only share fuel costs as a private driver, and reactivate my BlaBlaCar account linked to my above email address and phone number as soon as possible.
