I Report Incorrect Phone Numbers On BlaBlaCar Driver Profiles
On 28.06.2025, I encountered a serious problem with the BlaBlaCar app during my ride booking. Many of the phone numbers listed on driver profiles do not belong to the drivers themselves. Whenever I tried to call a listed number, I received responses like, “I’m not that person, you have the wrong number.” This creates confusion and frustration, especially when trying to arrange meeting points for rides.
This situation shows that BlaBlaCar does not properly verify whether registered phone numbers actually belong to the drivers. As a consumer relying on safe and verified transportation, this undermines my trust in the platform and causes me emotional distress, wasting my time and creating safety concerns during travels. I explicitly request BlaBlaCar to verify the accuracy of all registered phone numbers and ensure each account’s contact details truly belong to the account holder.
