Bizbox.pro Charges $31 After Trial Subscription Without Consent

Not only could we not figure out what this charge was for, but $31 was withdrawn from my card without any notice. On what basis are they charging this? This makes no sense. I want a refund immediately.

I only purchased a trial subscription, and afterward this amount was deducted from my card without my permission. I canceled Bizbox.pro, but the charge was still processed without any notification. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible. I also cannot reach any responsible party. What kind of operation is this?
