BitMart Traps 113 USDT Withdrawal in "Pending Approval" State for Days

On July 26, 2026, I initiated a withdrawal request for 113.72733875 USDT via the BSC network from my account on the BitMart exchange. Despite days having passed, the transaction still appears as "pending" and is waiting for exchange approval; the funds have not been credited to my account.

During this process, I have been unable to reach any customer service representative at the exchange, receiving no responses via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. No information whatsoever is provided regarding my transaction. My funds, which amount to approximately $114, can currently neither be properly used on the exchange nor transferred to my wallet.

I demand that BitMart immediately approve the relevant withdrawal transaction and transfer my USDT to my specified wallet, or resolve the issue urgently by providing a reasonable explanation.
