Bitget Rejects My ID Verification, Shows Unknown Email Linked to My Account

I opened an account on Bitget but cannot complete the identity verification process. Despite submitting my driver’s license and video recording as requested, the system claims I have already verified my identity using an unfamiliar email address. This is impossible since I have never created a Bitget account before.
I need this issue resolved urgently, as I cannot access or verify my account properly. It is concerning that an unknown email is linked to my identity, and I expect Bitget to investigate this matter immediately.
