I am a verified user of the Bitget cryptocurrency exchange with UID number 1960591228. Since February 15, 2025, my account has been restricted from trading and withdrawals due to an accusation of “abnormal profit.” This claim came out of nowhere, and I’ve received no explanation or concrete evidence.
There is $14,000 in my account, and I was informed via email that it could be seized because of this so-called abnormal gain. I initially received an email saying the account lock had been lifted, but nothing changed—my account is still frozen. I’ve reached out to support multiple times and even escalated the matter to all the appeal channels available. No one is responding, and no action is being taken.
I demand that my account be unlocked immediately and that my funds be returned. Bitget’s vague accusations and complete lack of transparency are completely unacceptable. If this is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action to protect my rights.
