Bitget Froze My Funds - I Cannot Withdraw From My Account

I have an account with Bitget Exchange and have been transacting with them since 2024. On July 29, 2025, my funds were frozen, and I have been unable to withdraw. I was asked to fill out a survey and submit it, with the promise that it would be reviewed within 48 hours, but as I am writing to you now, my account is still frozen. I have written to customer support countless times, but I have not received any reasonable response regarding when my account will be unfrozen. Please look into my case. My UID number is 6362879***.
