I Face Frozen Account Issue on Bitget App and Cannot Withdraw ₺5,000

I have been using the Bitget mobile app, and my account was suddenly frozen with the explanation of “unusual activity.” For the past 8 days, I have been unable to withdraw my own funds—₺5,000 that I urgently need. When I first submitted my request, I was told that I would receive a response within 48 hours. However, it has now been over a week, and I keep getting the same generic reply without any real progress.
I have already provided all the requested documents and fully complied with their verification process. Despite this, Bitget continues to delay the resolution and block me from accessing my money. This is not just frustrating but also deeply unfair, as I am left waiting without a clear timeline or explanation.
I do not expect anything from the account itself—I simply want to withdraw the money that belongs to me. The delay has caused serious personal inconvenience, especially since I urgently need these funds. My registered email is i***********@gmail.com.
I am demanding that Bitget resolve this issue immediately, lift the withdrawal block, and return my ₺5,000 without any further excuses or delays.
