Bitget Account Balance Dropped from $1000 to $3.42 with No Transaction History

My Bitget account balance suddenly dropped to $3.42 from $1000. My funds were in CTY coin, and when I checked my account today, the balance had drastically decreased. The account was in spot, and there are no transactions showing in the account history to explain this change. How can this issue be resolved? Is there a contact number for Bitget? I’m looking for urgent assistance to understand what happened to my funds and how to recover my balance. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
