I Need Tango to Reactivate My Suspended Account and Restore Access

I have been using the Tango video chat platform from Nigeria for over a year with the registered email/username “ftope***@gmail.com.” On 15/04/2026 my account was suddenly suspended without any clear explanation, while I still had a balance of $45 in my account. I have not received any response from Tango support regarding the reason for this suspension and I am not aware of any violation of your rules or policies. If any unintentional action on my side caused this, I sincerely apologize and am ready to take any necessary steps to correct it. I kindly request that my Tango account registered with “ftope***@gmail.com” be reactivated so that I can continue using your services and access my remaining balance.
