NAP Coin Disappeared from Bitci App

I purchased and traded NAP Coin on the Bitci app, but suddenly, the coin vanished from the platform. There is no option to trade, withdraw, or access my holdings anymore.

I have reached out to Bitci support multiple times, and every time, they assure me that the issue will be resolved soon. However, nothing has changed, and they refuse to provide a clear explanation of what happened.

This is unacceptable! Where is my money? I demand an immediate resolution and full transparency regarding this issue. If Bitci wants to retain customer trust, they must restore access to NAP Coin or provide refunds to affected users without further delay!
