Bitci Prevented Me From Selling NAP and TRY, Blocking Stop-Loss

I’m extremely frustrated with Bitci’s crypto trading platform. While trying to manage my assets—specifically NAP and TRY pairs—I encountered a so-called “system maintenance” message that prevented me from trading. I wasn’t able to sell or stop my losses, which caused me to take a serious financial hit. This is completely unacceptable.

Even now, I’m trying to convert my USDT to TRY so I can withdraw my funds, but Bitci still claims TRY is under maintenance. This seems like more than just a coincidence—it feels intentional. It’s not just bad service, it’s obstruction.

I want to know: Where is the oversight? Is there no regulatory authority in Turkey holding these platforms accountable? Who will compensate users like me who are losing money simply because Bitci refuses to operate transparently?

I demand that Bitci lift this fake maintenance excuse immediately and allow users to access their funds and execute trades freely.
