For the past three days, I have been trying to withdraw my coins from my Bitci.com account to my wallet, but the withdrawal approval has still not been processed. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a platform that has received a Silver Award for its services.

Bitci.com has not been able to complete the withdrawal process, which other exchanges complete in a minute, for about a month. The 17000 USDT withdrawal order I placed from my Bitci.com account and the 2200 USDT withdrawal order that was canceled have still not been credited to my account.
