Unable to Withdraw Funds or Access Bitay Account

I am unable to withdraw money from my Bitay account despite multiple attempts. Each time, the funds fail to transfer to my bank account. When I try to contact customer service, the calls are either not answered or abruptly disconnected, forcing me to start the queue all over again.
Additionally, my spouse cannot access their Bitay account, receiving a “No account found” error message. This is highly concerning, especially since we were initially assured that withdrawals could be processed at any time on weekdays.
I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, including the successful transfer of my funds and restoration of account access. Bitay must take responsibility and provide proper support to its users.
