Bitay Withdrawal Request Still Pending

I am writing to you now to convey my deep frustration over the persistent problems surrounding my withdrawal requests.
For days now, I've tried to withdraw funds from my Bitay account, but each time, an error message has been displayed. Every time I've attempted to withdraw funds to a different bank account, it has been unsuccessful.
This matter worries me much. Unfortunately, the issues with your withdrawal method have rendered me unable to access this money, and I must do it immediately.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter right now and provide a solution. You can see the error message I'm getting in the attached screenshot.
