Bitay Cordoella Coin Not Tradable After Years — Refund Request Issue
On June 6, 2023, I purchased 145 USDT worth of a coin called Cordoella through the Bitay exchange. Although approximately 2.5 years have passed, this coin has still not been opened for trading and I am unable to perform any transactions. During this period, I contacted Bitay support and live chat many times, sent emails, yet I never received any response. When I call by phone, the line immediately disconnects and I cannot reach anyone. Despite waiting for a long time and receiving no explanation, I still cannot make any transactions related to Cordoella in my account. For this reason, I request a refund of the 145 USDT that has been stuck in my Bitay account. I ask that this matter be urgently investigated, that I receive a clear written response, and that my grievance be resolved.
