Bitay Is Holding My Funds From the Cordellia Coin Pre-Sale For Over Two Years

Bitay has had my business for more than two years, and they still haven't opened the Cordellia Coin I bought during their pre-sale. My money has been held up for a long time, and I've tried calling their customer service several times but no one answers or replies. The fact that this site won't talk to me at all makes me feel like my money is being held hostage. I trust Bitay with my money, so I can't help but feel lied to throughout this whole thing. I want my money to be given right away, and I hope this helps other people avoid the same problem. Bitay needs to fix these problems on his own, before more people get caught in them.
