Unable to Access My Funds After 6 and 10 Months of Investments on Bitay
I’ve made investments on Bitay 1 and Bitay 2 on different dates, but my funds still aren’t showing in my account. Even after waiting 6 and 10 months for them to mature, I’m unable to withdraw my money. On top of that, I often encounter errors when trying to log into the Bitay platform, which blocks my access entirely. Despite calling multiple times, I haven’t been able to reach a customer service representative. This is incredibly frustrating, and I urgently need Bitay to resolve this issue and make my funds available. I hope the Bitay team will assist me and fix this problem as soon as possible.
