Bitay Not Depositing, No Withdrawal Possible, Money Stuck

Bitay is a colossal letdown!  currently experiencing frustration while attempting to withdraw my money, created a withdrawal request step by step, as advised by a customer service person. They were able to send me 10,000 TL at first, telling me that the remaining would be processed soon. However, instead of quickly completing the transaction, they kept me on hold for an extended period of time.  Initially, I attempted to withdraw the funds as BTC, as they advised. Unfortunately, the network was down at the time, so they advised me to withdraw it in cash. I waited patiently for a week, only to discover that the transfer had not occurred. Frustrated and fearful of further loss, I decided to sell TL at a loss,submitted a shooting request in the hopes of addressing the problem. To my chagrin, there's still no trace of my money, and it's becoming evident that this is an official problem.
