I used Bepantol Wound-Healing Gel on my face for the first time just now. Immediately after applying it, I experienced severe burning, redness, and swelling on my skin. I purchased the product from a pharmacy and did not see any warning information regarding such reactions.

Due to this adverse experience, I am requesting both medical assistance and a refund. I kindly ask that my situation be addressed and resolved.
