Binomo Fails to Pay Withdrawals While Citing Past Platform Error
It has been 10 months since I submitted a $300 withdrawal request on my Binomo account. Regarding this transaction, I was told that $300 was sent to me twice. The money did reach my account, but due to an error on this platform’s side, deductions are now being made from my balance because of a transaction that occurred 10 months ago.
One week ago, I submitted another $42 withdrawal request, and the same issue happened again. No payment was made to my account, and the problem was repeated without any resolution.
I request that this situation be corrected immediately and that my full balance be transferred to my bank account without further delay.
