Binomo Deposit Not Processed – Money Missing & No Support

I previously deposited money into Binomo twice, and both transactions were processed instantly. However, on my third attempt, I used Papara Fast, entered my name and surname, and clicked deposit—but instead of redirecting me to a payment page, it just showed a "request created" message without providing an IBAN.

Since I didn’t receive a new IBAN, I sent the money to the same IBAN as before, assuming it was still valid. Hours have passed, but my money is still missing, and Binomo’s support team has been completely unhelpful.

I demand an immediate resolution and a refund of my missing funds. Binomo, fix this now! Has anyone else experienced this issue? Where is my money?
