EconomyBookings Did Not Refund Me After Failed Milan Car Rental

Through EconomyBookings, I made an advance payment of approximately $92 to rent a car for 10 days in Milan, Italy, from a company called Green Motion.

However, when I arrived at the airport on the rental date, I discovered that the Green Motion office was not located at the specified address and that the business had permanently closed. I was unable to reach any company representative at the airport.

I also attempted to contact the company by phone, but the phone lines were disconnected and unavailable. After this, I contacted EconomyBookings, and they provided me with a new phone number. Unfortunately, I still received no response through that number either.

Because I was left stranded without a vehicle and had no support, I was forced to rent another car from a different company by making an additional payment out of pocket.

I am filing this complaint to resolve the inconvenience and financial loss I experienced. I request that the reservation with booking number b5864**80 be canceled and that the approximately $92 payment I made through EconomyBookings be refunded to me in full without any deductions.
