I just discovered that the coin I held on Binance—named Balancer—has been delisted from the platform. Due to personal and unavoidable circumstances, I wasn’t able to log into my account for quite some time. When I finally regained access, I was shocked to see that the Balancer token was completely gone from my wallet, and I received no compensation, update, or alternative equivalent in USD or any other form.
What happened to my funds? Just because the token was delisted doesn’t mean the value I held should disappear. As far as I understand, when a coin gets delisted, any remaining balance should be reflected as USD or converted accordingly. But my balance shows absolutely nothing, and I haven’t been informed of any steps I should have taken or that were taken on my behalf.
This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially from a platform of Binance’s size. I urgently request an explanation about the fate of my Balancer holdings and whether I’m entitled to a refund or conversion. I need Binance to respond immediately and restore the trust of its users by handling delistings more responsibly.
