I attempted to transfer funds to my Binance crypto wallet through the exchange section, but when I tried to use BTC, I kept receiving an "insufficient balance" error. Thinking it might be a temporary glitch, I attempted to send it back to the exchange section—but the error persisted.
At this point, I was completely unable to trade, withdraw, or even swap my funds using Swap and Bridge features. Today, I had a great trading opportunity, but because of this persistent issue, I missed out on potential profits.
