I used to connect my Binance account to TradingView via my mobile phone without any issues. Everything worked smoothly in the past. However, now when I try to log in, I’m presented with three login options:
Phone number
Email address
Face scan (Face ID)
The problem is, I’m now experiencing issues with the face scan option. Every time I choose it, the system either doesn’t recognize my face or gives an error, preventing me from completing the login process. As a result, I’m locked out of full functionality and can’t access my TradingView account via Binance integration the way I used to.
I need clear guidance on how to fix or bypass this issue. Whether it’s a setting problem, a glitch in the app, or a verification issue, I expect a working solution from TradingView and/or Binance. Please resolve this so I can continue using the platform without login disruptions.
