I’m experiencing a major issue with Binance’s face recognition system. While I can log in from my original phone without any problems, I’m completely blocked from accessing my account on a second device. Every time I try, the face verification fails, and I can’t move forward.
There’s no clear guidance in the app or on the website on how to fix this or disable facial recognition for new device logins. I’ve spent hours trying to figure out a solution, and it’s become incredibly frustrating. I just want to access my account from another phone—this shouldn’t be such a complicated process.
Binance, I’m asking you to either help me complete face verification successfully on my second device or provide a way to disable it temporarily.
