I Can’t Access My Binance Account Due to "Continue on Original Device" Error

I’m completely locked out of my Binance account, despite entering the correct email address, phone number, and password. Every time I try to log in, I get an error message saying:
“There’s an ongoing application process on another device. Please continue from the original device.”

This is incredibly frustrating because I only use one device and there is no active session running elsewhere. I’ve tried clearing the app cache, reinstalling the app, switching networks, and restarting my phone — none of it works.

I contacted Binance support but haven’t received a solution yet. This issue is not just a minor glitch — it is preventing me from accessing my own funds and trading account, which is unacceptable.

I’m asking Binance to urgently fix this device mismatch login issue and allow me secure access to my account. At the very least, give users the option to override or reset the session when this error appears. Please escalate this and get back to me ASAP.
