I’m unable to access my Binance account through the mobile app on my phone. Every time I try to log in, I’m met with a message that says, “Use a passkey from a different device” or “Sign in using another method.” I don’t understand what this means, and there’s no clear alternative to proceed. As a result, I’ve been completely locked out of my account.

I’ve tried restarting my phone, updating the app, and logging in multiple times—but nothing works. There’s no option to bypass or resolve the issue from my end. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when I need access to my funds and trades.

Binance, I need urgent support to fix this login issue. Please provide a clear solution or alternative method to regain access to my account through my phone. I expect responsive assistance—not vague tech messages that block me from managing my own money. Get this resolved now.
