I previously created a Binance account and successfully made transactions. However, my phone broke, and I had to get a new phone and a new email. Unfortunately, I do not remember the email or password associated with my old account.
When I tried to create a new Binance account, I received an error stating that my national ID is already in use. This means I cannot access my old account nor register a new one, leaving me completely locked out of the platform.
I have searched for assistance, but no support has been helpful so far. Binance, I need immediate help to regain access to my account or remove my ID from the system so I can create a new one. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
