I'm quite frustrated that the 4,550,663 Cat coins allocated by Binance on October 9, 2024, have yet to be credited to my spot account. Despite multiple checks, these coins are still missing from my balance. On the other hand, the 3,752,064 Cat coins from the November 9, 2024 allocation were successfully added to my spot account with no complications. This inconsistency is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the dependability of your platform.
I rely on quick and accurate transfers for my investments, and the missing money is creating significant hardship and financial loss. I urge Binance to look into this situation right away and refund the missing 4,550,663 Cat coins to my spot account without delay. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible so that my trust in your services can be restored.
