Binance TR says that earthquake relief requires a pre-earthquake level 3 address verification. It makes no sense because I already have an address verification document from 2020 and the system does not accept it. It says invalid. If you are going to help, do not make such a fine elimination. Why is the address verification after February 6 invalid? Are you implying that I should have predicted the earthquake in advance and verified my address in advance?
