Binance Blocked My Account - I Cannot Transfer My USDT Despite Verification

Today 24.04.2025 afternoon, I received a notification stating that I will no longer be able to use Binance TR services starting from 25.04.2025. Upon opening the app on my phone, I was surprised to find that I am no longer able to perform basic operations such as buying, selling, withdrawing, depositing, or even transferring my USDT balance from my Binance TR account to my global Binance account. I was prompted to complete identity verification again. Despite trying more than 10 times, I have been unsuccessful. I have been a long-time user of both Binance TR and the global Binance platform—actively using both accounts for nearly 7 years without any issues. I had successfully completed identity verification years ago using my student residence permit in Turkey. Now, I am particularly surprised and concerned to discover that I cannot verify my Binance TR account using my current work permit card. I would like to clarify that this is the only valid and legal identification I possess in Turkey. If this document is not accepted, it means I will not be able to verify my account, nor access, withdraw, or transfer my funds. There is a significant amount of money in my Binance TR account, and I am currently unable to access these funds. My only request is to safely withdraw or transfer my balance. After that, I no longer intend to use the Binance TR platform. I want an urgent assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Has your situation been resolved? I still can’t withdraw my crypto either.

I am facing the same issue. How am I supposed to verify my identity if the only valid document is a Turkish identity document? What about all the foreigners living in Turkey who don’t have Turkish nationality? This is honestly the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. When I downloaded the app, no one said I had to be Turkish to use this thing!

What do you think?
