Binance Error Prevents Login with Existing Account

So, I'm having this absurd problem with Binance TR. I already have a Binance account, but when I try to log in with it on Binance TR, I receive an error message instructing me to create a new account. What's the point of being able to log in with a Binance account if it's not even working? I attempted to contact their support team, but they were unable to provide any helpful solutions. It's frustrating because I've been a long-time Binance user, and I just wanted to see if Binance TR was any different. But with this nonsense issue, I'm not sure it's worth it. Binance and Binance TR appear to be making no effort to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable, particularly for a platform that claims to be one of the largest in the cryptocurrency market. How can they expect people to trust them with their investments if they can't even provide basic functionality like logging in with an existing account?
