Hello, I’ve been unfairly banned on Bigo Live despite not engaging in any inappropriate behavior or violating the platform’s rules. For the past six months, all I’ve done is chat in my friend’s livestream. I haven’t replied to DMs, made video calls, or sent photos to anyone. Last night, I accessed my friend’s stream using my aunt’s phone, and someone in the chat claimed they had me banned due to personal dislike.
The official reason given was "inappropriate content," but I’ve never streamed anything or acted inappropriately. I’m a survivor of the February earthquake in Hatay, where I lost family members. Watching streams on Bigo has been my way to cope and find comfort. I sincerely apologize if anything I said unknowingly broke the rules, and I promise it won’t happen again.
